Do you provide your services on Fridays?
Yes! We are operational 7 days a week
Do you have a cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your bookings with a 24-hour notice. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking within 24-hour of your booking start time, 50% of the booking will be charged.
Do you supply your own materials?
We can bring our own cleaning materials for an addition AED 6/hour on top of the regular rate.
What materials do I need to provide?
If you choose or prefer to provide your own materials, we recommend that you have the following in your house:
- Vacuum Cleaner
- Mope/Bucket
- Multi-purpose Cleaning Spray
- General Purpose Polish
- Floor Cleaner
- Bleach
- Limescale remover
- Micro Fibre Cloths
- Furniture Polish
- Sponges
