Do you have a cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your bookings with a 24-hour notice. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your booking within 24-hour of your booking start time, 50% of the booking will be charged.
Do you supply your own materials?
We can bring our own cleaning materials for an addition AED 6/hour on top of the regular rate.
What materials do I need to provide?
If you choose or prefer to provide your own materials, we recommend that you have the following in your house: Vacuum Cleaner Mope/Bucket Multi-purpose Cleaning Spray General Purpose Polish Floor Cleaner Bleach Limescale remover Micro Fibre Cloths Furniture Polish Sponges
